Markets news on stocks, currencies and commodities; the ECB governing council is today holding its key monthly meeting in Lisbon;  Moody's ratings agency today warned that the Greek debt crisis presented a risk of "contagion" for banks in Ireland, UK, Italy, Portugal and Spain. Overall, Moody's notes that each of these countries' banking systems faces different challenges of different magnitudes, but warns that contagion risk could dilute these differences and impose very real, common threats on all of them.
