Markets news in stocks, currencies and commodities; Aer Lingus’ total passenger numbers in November 2009 were 776,000 an increase of 4.7% compared to November 2008. Short haul passengers were 704,000, a 9.1% increase on November 2008 and long haul passengers were 72,000, a 25.0% decrease on November 2008.
