Markets news on stocks, currencies and oil; European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet today signaled that the ECB will wait for stronger signs of economic recovery before accelerating the withdrawal of emergency measures. He said that Greece can’t expect any special treatment from the EMU and will have to help itself.
