Markets news on stocks, currencies and oil: Leaders of the world’s largest economies will agree a global plan for economic recovery and reform at the G-20 summit of the leading developed and emerging economies on Thursday, UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown said after a meeting with President Barack Obama at 10 Downing Street. The US President hailed an "extraordinary convergence…and enormous consensus" ahead of the London Summit. In a joint press conference in London, Brown and Obama said they wanted to focus on the “human dimension” of the crisis and ensure that help is provided for people around the world who are losing their jobs, homes and savings.
