Markets news on stocks, currencies and oil: Shares in AIB and Bank of Ireland surged in Dublin Thursday, as investors reacted positively to the State "bad bank" NAMA plan, released yesterday. The euro rose as high as $1.4767 earlier Thursday - -almost a year high. The level was last seen in late September 25, 2008. It later eased to $1.4735.
