Mario Monti announces the new Italian Cabinet

Mario Monti today announced the new Italian Cabinet and he will serve as both prime minister and finance minister in a government exclusively of technocrats which includes Corrado Passera, chief executive of the bank Intesa SanPaolo, who will be of minister for economic development and infrastructure.
