Lenihan plans baby-step crackdown on Irish crony capitalism

Finance Minister Brian Lenihan told the Financial Times on Monday night, that he is planning to introduce tough legislation to clamp down on crony capitalism and excess bank lending in the wake of the property bubble that damaged Ireland leading banks. However, the baby-step approach to Irish crony capitalism, will have little impact even in boardrooms.
