Kenny says Eurozone finance ministers to handle discussions on Irish bank bailout and interest rate on EU-IMF bailout funds

Taoiseach Enda Kenny said today at the conclusion of a 2-day EU summit that was originally billed as the final move towards a comprehensive response to the sovereign debt crisis, that discussions on the Irish bank bailout and the interest rate on the EU-IMF bailout funds, would be handled at Eurozone finance ministers level.
