Kenny promises creation of 100,000 new Irish jobs by 2015; Loan fund and partial credit guarantee scheme announced

Taoiseach Enda Kenny on Thursday promised the creation of 100,000 new Irish jobs by 2015. He was speaking at the publication of the Government’s outline action plan for jobs including a loan fund and partial credit guarantee scheme.
