Japan’s NTT DoCoMo to acquire an 11.5% equity interest in Blue Ocean Wireless for US$10 million

Blue Ocean Wireless (BOW), an Irish company providing wireless communication capability for the merchant maritime sector, today announced that the Japanese mobile phone company NTT DoCoMo, has agreed to acquire an 11.5% equity interest in BOW for US$10 million. The investment values Blue Ocean Wireless in excess of US$87 million.
