Irish trips abroad remain unchanged in Quarter 3 2010; Numbers fell by 8.3% in the 12-month period

Irish residents took 2,137,200 overseas trips in Quarter 3 2010. This is in effect equal to the number of trips taken overseas by Irish residents in the same quarter in 2009. There was a fall of 12% in trips in the same period from 2008 to 2009. The numbers fell by 8.3% in the 12-month period from 2009.
