Irish Service Economy: The rate of decline in activity slightly accelerated in November as new business fell again. The seasonally adjusted Business Activity Index - - which is based on a single question asking respondents to report on the actual change in business activity at their companies compared to one month ago - - dropped to 46.8 in November, from 47.4 in October.
