Irish residential rents rise nationwide by half a percent in early 2011

Irish nationwide residential rents rose by half a percent (0.5%) on average in the first three months of 2011, according to the latest report published by the property website, Daft.ie. The average rent nationwide now stands at €825, 25% below the 2007 peak.
