Irish residential rents fell by more than 5% in the first three months of 2009

Irish residential rents fell by more than 5% in the first three months of 2009, according to the latest report on the rental market published by property website Daft.ie. The national average rent now stands at €840 per month, a fall of €160 on the same period last year.
