Irish residential property prices fall by 12.2% in year to May; Dublin apartments down 53% from early 2007

In the year to May, residential property prices at a national level, fell by 12.2%. The same rate of decline was recorded in April and a decline of 13% was recorded in the twelve months to May 2010 according to the Central Statistics Office (CSO). Dublin apartments are down 53% from early 2007.
