Irish property group McAleer & Rushe in £200m London development

Irish property group McAleer & Rushe has announced an agreement with leading global hotel and leisure company Starwood Hotels & Resorts to introduce their world class luxury 'W' brand to the UK for the first time in the Swiss Centre which McAleer& Rushe has developed in London's Leicester Square. Construction of the £200m scheme has already commenced with completion estimated for Spring 2010.
