Irish monthly retail sales volume increased by 0.1% in October 2011

The volume of Irish retail sales (i.e. excluding price effects) increased by 0.1% in October 2011 when compared with September 2011 and there was an annual decrease of 3.8%. If Motor Trades are excluded, the volume of retail sales decreased by 0.2% in October 2011 when compared with September 2011, while there was an annual decrease of 3.6%.
