Irish merchandise exports fell 5% in April

The CSO reported today that seasonally adjusted Irish merchandise exports decreased by 5% in April relative to March 2008 and imports decreased by 10%. Relative to February 2008, exports in March decreased by 4%, while imports increased by 2%.
