Irish Live Register: Monthly increase of 5,200 to 437,079 in December; Non-Irish nationals fell by 874 in 2010 to 76,645

Irish Live Register: On a seasonally adjusted basis there was a monthly increase of 5,200 in the Live Register in December 2010. The number of persons on the Live Register now stands at 437,079 which represents an annual increase of 13,484 (+3.2%) in the unadjusted series. This compares with an increase of 11,497 (+2.8%) in the year to November 2010, according to the Central Statistics Office. The number of non-Irish nationals fell by 874 in 2010 to 76,645.
