Irish Financial Services Ombudsman says complaints hit record high; Awards compensation of over €1.3m

The Irish Financial Services Ombudsman (FSO), William Prasifka, today published his Office's Bi-Annual Review (July–December 2010) and he says public complaints in the period hit a record high. Compensation of over €1.3m was awarded.
