Irish factory gate prices increased by 2.2% in August 2008

Irish monthly factory gate prices increased by 2.2% in August 2008. This compares to an increase of 0.9% recorded for August 2007. As a result, the annual percentage change showed a decrease of 1.3% in August 2008, compared with a decrease of 2.6% in July 2008 according to the CSO.
