Irish monthly factory gate prices showed no change in July 2011. This compares to a decrease of 0.6% recorded for July 2010. As a result, the annual percentage change showed a decrease of 0.4% in July 2011, compared with a decrease of 1.0% in the year to June 2011. As Irish manufacturing is overwhelmingly dominated by US firms, monthly price changes usually follow changes in the rate of the euro versus the US dollar.
