Irish Economy: Economist proposes 10-point plan that is a menu without prices

Irish Economy: Bloxham Stockbrokers economist Alan McQuaid issued a report on Thursday in which he projected that the economy will contract by 2.5% in 2008 and proposed a 10-point plan to reignite economic activity. However, as the Government scrambles to find areas of public spending to cut, McQuaid's plan has no costings and is in effect a menu without prices.
