Irish Consumer Prices up 0.2% in April - - down 2.1% in year to April

Irish Consumer Prices in April, as measured by the CPI (Consumer Price Index), rose by 0.2% in the month of April. This compares to a decrease of 0.8% recorded in April of last year. As a result, prices on average, as measured by the CPI, were 2.1% lower in April compared with April 2009.
