Irish construction tender prices fall to 1998 levels; Down 33% from 2007 peak

New figures from the Irish Society of Chartered Surveyors show that Irish construction tender prices may be close to bottoming out. The prices have fallen close to 1998 levels and are 33% below the 2007 peak.
