InterTradeIreland: The rationale for co-ordinated Government intervention to improve the economic prospects of all the citizens of the island was clear, the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Mary Coughlan said today as she launched a €10m cross-border business programme for InterTradeIreland.
