International Energy Agency says oil supply-demand balance growing tighter

The International Energy Agency in its monthly oil report on Wednesday, defended its release of 60m barrels of oil from of emergency stockpiles, saying the move is having the intended impact as the supply-demand balance is growing steadily tighter.
