InjuriesBoard.ie, formerly known as the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (PIAB), today October 2008) released details of its work in the first six months of 2008 and said that during the period, assessments totaling €113 million were made in respect of 4,652 personal injury claimants. Awards since 2004 to exceed €500 million in 2008.
