Industrial production fell in Eurozone and EU27 in July 2009

In the month of July 2009, seasonally adjusted industrial production fell by 0.3% in the Eurozone (EA16) and by 0.2% in the EU27. In June production decreased by 0.2% and 0.1% respectively, according to Eurostat, the EU statistics office. In the year to July 2009, industrial production declined by 15.9% in the Eurozone and by 14.7% in the EU27.
