IBEC gives “cautious approval” to National Pay Agreement; Exporters say many companies will use “inability to pay” clause

IBEC, the business lobby group, said today today, it had given "cautious approval" to the social partnership Transitional National Pay Agreement under Towards 2016 as the best that can be achieved at national level. Meanwhile the Irish Exporters Association (IEA) said that many companies trading internationally will have to use the "inability to pay."
