Hypo Real Estate Welcomes An Offer from Flowers Group

Hypo Real Estate Holding AG Wednesday said that U.S. private-equity firm J.C. Flowers & Co. is coordinating a group of investors that intend to offer about €1.12 billion ($1.77 billion) for a stake of about 24.9% in the German property and public-finance company.
