Honohan warns the Government needs to review long-term Budget plans because of bank rescue costs and a lower growth outlook

The Central Bank governor Prof. Patrick Honohan said in a speech Monday that he approves of the Government's plan to restructure Anglo Irish Bank into two separate institutions but he warned that the Government needed to review its long-term Budget plans because of the bank rescue costs and a lower growth outlook.
