Hiring climate in Ireland subdued; Job prospects for the majority of World Labour Markets decline

The latest Manpower Employment Outlook Survey, released by Manpower Ireland, has found that Ireland’s Net Employment Outlook for the next three months is only +2%, once seasonal variations are removed from the data. Ireland’s Net Employment outlook is the third weakest forecast of employer hiring intentions reported across the globe for this quarter.
