High Court rejects examinership for Mr Binman Group; Almost 600 jobs in peril in Munster

The directors of Mr Binman Group and the Sheahan family said today that they are bitterly upset and disappointed at the decision today of Justice Mary Finlay Geoghegan of the High Court to refuse confirmation of the appointment of the examiner for the Munster area business.
