High Court dismisses action against Anglo by wealthy Irish investors in New York hotels

The High Court today dismissed an action by Century Homes co-founder Gerard McCaughey, one of a group of wealthy Irish investors, who expect losses from a high-risk Anglo Irish Bank sponsored investment in two New York hotels.
