Green Party Communications Minister Eamon Ryan today announced a wish list /plan, or a menu without prices, to create up to 30,000 jobs over the next decade in digital and clean technology. The glacial development of broadband is still a work-in-progress but "smart" is the current brand for almost everything other than for the political system, which resulted in the crash of the Celtic Tiger.
