With global unemployment, as officially measured, at record highs for the third straight year since the start of the economic crisis, the International Labour Office (ILO) warned in its annual employment trends survey this week, that weak recovery in jobs is likely to continue in 2011, especially in developed economies. Official global unemployment was at 205m in 2010, unchanged from 2009.
