Global service sector expands at fastest pace since June 2007

The start of 2011 saw the rate of expansion of the global service sector accelerate to its highest since June 2007. After rising in each of the past four months, the JPMorgan Global Services Business Activity Index posted 58.2 in January. Business activity has now risen throughout the past one-and-a-half years.
