Global Food Crisis: The price of rice has fallen from record highs and on Thursday, the US Senate passed a $307 billion farm bill. Also on Thursday, the Director-General of the UN's Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Jacques Diouf responded to criticism from a compatriot - the President of Senegal, who said that the agency should be scrapped.
