"Green shoots" optimism wilted on global markets Monday on fears for the global recovery following a World Bank downbeat report on the global economy and news that company insiders in the US were selling shares. Meanwhile, US investment bank Morgan Stanley says the world returned to growth in the current quarter but after the deepest recession, it is realistic to expect the weakest recovery.
