Leaders of the G-20 (Group of Twenty) developed and emerging economies, will begin their summit in London today and UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown said on Wednesday: “We are within a few hours, I think, of agreeing upon a global plan for economic recovery and reform... we are looking at every aspect.” Brown as Chancellor, used to claim to have ended 'boom and bust" economics.
