French Presidency gets agreement for minor reform of CAP farmers’ subsidies

An "ambitious agreement" was reached on the CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) health check, a success for the French Presidency which had made it one of its priorities - - which essentially means that the status-quo bonanza of farmers' subsidies remains essentially unchanged.
