Eurozone’s recovery gaining ground; European Central Bank may keep benchmark rate unchanged until early 2012

The Eurozone's recovery is gaining ground as inflation rises as a result of surging oil prices, the European Commission said on Tuesday. Meanwhile, a benchmark interest rate hike by the European Central Bank, is viewed as not being imminent and the current rate may be kept on hold until early 2012.
