The Eurozone (EA16) seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate was 10.1% in November 2010, unchanged compared with October. It was 9.9% in November 2009. The EU27 unemployment rate was 9.6% in November 2010, unchanged compared with October. It was 9.4% in November 2009. The rate was lowest in the Netherlands at 4.4%; Ireland's rate was 13.9% and highest in Spain at 20.6%.
