Eurozone retail trade volume down by 0.6% in Eurozone in February; Stable in EU27

In the month of February 2010 the volume of retail trade fell by 0.6% in the Eurozone (EA16) and remained stable in the EU272. In January retail trade fell by 0.2% and 0.4% respectively. In the year to February 2010, retail sales index declined by 1.1% in the Eurozone and by 0.7% in the EU27.
