The headline seasonally adjusted Eurozone Purchasing Managers’ Index registered 41.1, down from the earlier flash reading of 41.3, suggesting that conditions deteriorated further during the latter part of the month. Industrial production fell at an annual rate of 6%, a pace not seen since 1993.
