Eurozone manufacturing PMI rises in January; Record job losses reported

The Markit Eurozone Manufacturing PMI (Purchasing Managers' Index) recorded 34.4 January, marginally lower than the earlier flash estimate of 34.5 but up slightly from the all-time low of 33.9 seen in December.
