Eurozone economic outlook: The Association of Three Leading European Economic Institutes - - the German Ifo institute, the French INSEE institute and the Italian ISAE institute - - said on Tuesday that the Eurozone economy will continue to contract in the first three quarters of 2009 but at a declining pace.
