Europe’s Listed Firms May Be in for a Slump

Green Street Advisors, is going global, hoping that the number of public property companies will grow in Europe and, eventually, the rest of the world. But they may be jumping the gun as some expect European property to suffer a few years of stagnating values and anemic trading activity.
