European Central Bank expected to cut benchmark interest rate today

The European Central Bank is expected to cut its benchmark interest rate today. It is likely that the cut will be 0.25% to 1% but given the backdrop of crisis in the Eurozone, there is an outside chance that the cut could be to a record low of 0.75%.
